We need to come together more to understand each other, learn from each other, share the things we know and learn the things we don't. Be open to the idea that there is more than one way to do something, and learn the things we don't even know we don't know.
Compassion and Respect. No two life journies are the same, and no one's is a better or more valid experience. We are all unique and should be valued and listened to.
